This website is operated by Willy Frei a sole proprietor doing business as Mondopacks ("Mondopacks," "we," "us," or "our"). Throughout the site, these terms refer to the business. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged and we cancel your order, we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge.

4. Product specifications and airline acceptance

We have made every effort to display our products accurately. Stated dimensions are approximate and are measured with the product empty and unloaded. Actual dimensions may vary slightly and will increase when the product is packed. Colors may display differently on different screens.

Airline cabin and underseat baggage allowances are set by individual carriers and are subject to change at any time without notice. Any reference on this site to airline allowances is provided for general guidance only and reflects published allowances at the time of writing. We do not guarantee that any airline, airport, or carrier will accept the product as a free cabin bag, as a personal item, or as underseat baggage. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify current baggage allowances directly with their carrier prior to travel. We are not liable for any fees, charges, or costs imposed by a carrier.

5. Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

6. Order fulfillment and shipping

Orders are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment and logistics partners. All shipping and delivery times quoted on this website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak periods, and other factors outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier for shipment, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Our Shipping Policy governs lost, delayed, and undelivered packages.

7. International orders, customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are not collected by us. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Refusal to pay applicable duties resulting in a returned or destroyed package does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
