Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Every order ships free. There's no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days, not counting weekends and holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within [10-14] business days. During peak seasons, holidays or carrier delays, delivery can take longer, and we'll keep you updated if it does.

Where we ship

We currently ship to [the United States only / list countries]. [If international: orders outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.]

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in [7] days, or your package hasn't arrived within [X] business days of shipping, email support@mondopacks.com and we'll look into it. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it only before the order ships.
